I thought as I interview the starlets for my new book, I'd update the fans on what they are doing now. First up is Jane Wald. Never a leading lady, Jane's most memorable roles were the beatnik friend of Paul Newman's in What a Way to Go starring Shirley MacLaine and the bikini-clad wife of artist Charles Robinson in the comedy Dear Brigitte (1965) starring James Stewart. [In the film's poster art from Heritage Movie Posters Jane Wald is pictured at left.]

Today, Jane , a voting member of the Academy Awards, resides in Los Angeles and spends most of her time traveling the world. She still maintains contact with her show business friends including Deanna Lund, BarBara Luna, and Hope Holiday.
