MAGNIFICENT MIMIEUX
TCM does it again. On Sunday March 28 at noon it is airing The Light in the Piazza (1962) starring Yvette Mimiuex as a young slightly disturbed girl on a Roman holiday with her mother Olivia de Havilland who tries to marry her off to handsome Italian George Hamilton but then gets the case of the guilts.
Below is a tribute to Yvette, once dubbed by a critic as "the poor man's Carol Lynley." Ouch!
