GAIL GERBER UPDATE

That is me in the center between my friend Matt and former Sixties Starlet Gail Gerber, star of The Girls on the Beach and Beach Ball, at brunch this past Sunday up in Fort Tryon Park in New York City's Hudson Heights area. I am co-authoring with Gail a new book tentatively entitled Strange Love: Terry Southern's Uneasy Ride in Hollywood. Gail was Southern's longtime companion for over 30 years and has interesting stories about the man who wrote the screenplays for Dr. Strangelove, Barbarella, and Easy Rider, amongst others.
